Ilhan Kim

Ilhan Kim is the COO and Head of Operations at Songdo IT Solution. With three decades of experience at General Motors (GM) Korea, including 17 years in senior management, he brings deep expertise in optimizing complex engineering systems and managing end-to-end product lifecycles from engineering through production.

Throughout his career at GM, he bridged technical and operational functions across large cross-functional organizations, overseeing the full product lifecycle from engineering development and manufacturing through purchasing and after-sales. By working closely with teams across every department, he identified inefficiencies, aligned priorities, and drove a number of improvements in performance at each stage.

At Songdo IT Solution, he oversees the full operational lifecycle of every client engagement, ensuring the right solutions are scoped to the right business problems, delivered on time, and executed to the highest standards. Internally, he keeps the team aligned, focused, and consistently delivering quality outcomes.
